INFORMATION GAUGECASH COLLECTS
We want you to understand the types of information we collect as you use our services: We do not collect any kind of personal information.
When you create a GAU Wallet, you are totally anonymous. In order to interact with the GAUGECASH Protocol, you must approve the KYC process of a centralized exchange for having cryptocurrencies. Therefore, all the personal information you provide will be held by them and not by us in any way.
When you visit the website Gaugecash Website, and/or use the GAU Wallet App, we are not collecting any personal information. Some demographics are recorded for our internal use by the platforms we use to host both our website and apps. You can read more about them here:
THINGS YOU CREATE OR PROVIDE TO US
When you create a GAU Wallet, you download an encrypted file containing your private keys. During the creation process, you must create a pin and a password. These security measures are completely and solely your responsibility.
The GAUGECASH Protocol can not recover pins or passwords for decrypting the file and restoring your GAU Wallet. Therefore, you must store your file, pin, and password in a secure location. GAUGECASH does not store backups for any of them.
WHY GAUGECASH DOESN´T COLLECT DATA
We developed a decentralized protocol. All interaction between users and GAUGECASH Protocol is through a smart contract and recorded on the Polygon blockchain. Anonymity is a feature of the blockchain.
